fold faq

Why should I choose De Taaltrainer?

Simple: De Taaltrainer offers the very best price-to-quality ratio in the Netherlands. The best and most experienced language trainers at the most competitive hourly rates.

fold faq

How can De Taaltrainer keep its prices so competitive?

De Taaltrainer is a network organisation to which the most experienced and successful language trainers belong. The organisation of, and communication on, the courses are largely carried out by the trainers themselves who, with their years of experience and expertise, are very valuable discussion partners for your organisation.  De Taaltrainer does not have its own training locations but works in-company, which keeps overheads down. The language trainers who work for De Taaltrainer earn 30% to 50% more than at other language institutes, while client rates are 20% to 40% lower than those of other language institutes.

fold faq

Will I also get books?

You trainer will decide after the intake interview what lesson material should be ordered or produced. Sometimes this comprises language study books that we order from a publisher, but it is often specifically tailored material that the trainer produces and puts together, partly on the basis of the company’s own material, which you yourself provide.

fold faq

How is a language training course organised?

As soon as we get the go-ahead to organise a language training course for you or for your employees or colleagues, we arrange intake interviews. The trainer who holds the intake interviews will advise you about the breakdown into groups (if applicable), the number of hours required, the programme subjects and the planning. This advice will be combined with a list of charges in an offer that will be sent to you. Once the offer is accepted, the first lesson can generally be held within two or three weeks.

fold faq

In what areas does De Taaltrainer have experience?

Sales & marketing, financial and legal services, transport & logistics, HRM, engineering/technology, ICT, energy, international business, imports and exports, retail industry, management, public administration and management at all levels.

fold faq

Are De Taaltrainer’s trainers native speakers?

Yes.

fold faq

Do you also provide cultural training courses?

Yes. All the trainers have lived and worked in the country in which the language that they teach is spoken, so they know a lot about the culture and (business) conventions of that country.  Culture and conventions always form part of a language course. But cultural courses or workshops can always be provided to your organisation as a separate subject.
